Our team has a clear strategic direction and a strong plan to continue transforming the PSA into a powerful, united, and formidable force that fights for our members.
We have the demonstrated commitment, experience, energy, innovation and values to implement that strategic direction and strong plan.
During our term we have made significant progress in the face of significant challenges. Despite persistent attacks by government, the impacts of a global pandemic and worldwide economic and political turmoil, we have managed to protect jobs, prevent job cuts and privatisations, build significant power and activism in worksites and lead membership growth.
But it doesn’t stop there. The power we are building in worksites now is power members can keep – and exercise – in future to protect and enforce your rights. With your support, we will continue to grow our membership, increase member activism, and fight for significant improvements to your wages and conditions at work.
Our mission is clear: continue to grow our union, build member power, and fight relentlessly for your rights, wages, and conditions.
